Apricot variety KROKUS

 

 

    Tree is medium-sized with round spreading top of medium thickness and raised skeleton branches. It begins to produce fruits on the 3-4d year after planting in orchard.
    Fruits are large (74 gr.), oval or egg-shaped with round or slightly pressed tip, orange with beautiful carmine blush covered 25% of fruit surface, ripen in the 1st decade of July. Flesh is orange, medium texture and juicy, solid fibrous, pleasant sour-sweet flavour. Fruits are of universal use.
    Variety is remarkable for its partial self-fruitfulness and high regular productivity (12,0 t/ha). Winter resistance and resistance to diseases is high.
